I have compiled this list of the best mobile applications for educational and language development in 2019. As a parent of a child with learning challenges, past librarian and teacher, I am always seeking worthwhile tech tools for young people with and without disabilities. These work because they are mindfully engaging and entertaining. Regarding devices, I would suggest downloading these apps on tablets because of the larger screen size, however if need be, downloading onto to a phone can work as well. Happy learning!
